Role Description Black Rifle Coffee Company is experiencing explosive growth and seeks to hire a Shooter/Editor to create innovative and branded content across all media properties. - Shoot, edit and deliver high-quality video that matches the needs of the brand, campaign and channel under tight timelines. - Pull, organize and log sourced footage / music and media for each production. - Work efficiently across multiple initiatives, events, platforms, and stakeholders -- both individually and as part of a large crew -- while ensuring on-time delivery. - Ensure the optimal narrative and voice that is highly centric to BRCC’s target consumer segments. - Handle critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment. - Assemble recorded raw material into a finished product that's suitable for digital and broadcast platforms. - Execute shoots which includes camera operation, audio capture, and lighting the sets. - Deliver edits as assigned weekly on deadline and within budget constraints. - Use strong visual storytelling skills to quickly assemble edits and implement notes from producers, directors, and team leads. - Clear communication with the team regarding project status and needs. Qualifications - 4+ years experience shooting, creating, managing and editing the production of creative assets for advertising campaigns. - A portfolio displaying strong design and production skills across multiple advertising formats, including 6, 15, and 30 second preroll, long form video, rich media, and display ads. - Demonstrated experience collaborating with market research and data analytics to develop content and messaging that speaks to specific audiences. - Expert understanding of the specifications for each ad type in the IAB portfolio and best practices for high performing assets. - Ability to put a production together and work somewhat autonomously from start to finish. - Proficient at color grading, after effects, and sound mixing. - Proficient in design platforms including Photoshop, Lightroom, Dreamweaver, or comparable. - Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Marketing, Film Production or related field/experience. - US Military Veteran a plus. Role Description Black Rifle Coffee Company is seeking a Post Production Supervisor to lead and streamline the post-production process by coordinating across producers, editors, and key stakeholders. This role ensures efficient workflows, clear communication, and the timely delivery of high-quality edited content. This position will be our liaison between BRCC and stakeholders for the premier independent retailers in the US and Internationally, managing all aspects of our business relationship. The main objective of this role will be to grow BRCC business through optimizing the relationship and needs of these strategic partnerships.Job Details Leadership and Functional Responsibilities: - Establish and develop an all-encompassing business partnership between Key Accounts in the US and Internationally and Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) - Take a “hands-on” approach working with Key Account key stakeholders to ensure BRCC leadership and subordinate departments meets or exceeds commitments of delivering quality and timely products and services. - Assess, evaluate and gain insights on both BRCC and Key Account infrastructures to make recommendations for new business growth, as well as capture any Risk and/or Opportunities within the business relationship - Thoroughly investigate customer experience, both positive and negative impacts, and negotiate resolutions by presenting information in a compelling and persuasive manner - Keep Key Account stakeholders informed of developments within BRCC that may affect delivery timelines and stock levels of products - Continually keep BRCC fully informed of important key account activities, sales metrics, and reports which would impact internal operations or executive-level decisions - Prepare monthly Key Account reports to Operations, Sales, etc and coordinate and follow-through on any actions - Manage deduction and accounts receivable issues to minimize chargebacks - Represent BRCC at industry trade shows, customer events, and key account meetings, including participating in event setup and teardown.
