Job Description - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: - Design, develop, test, and deploy Android applications in accordance with requirements and UI/UX design specifications. - Contribute as an individual engineer on implementing new features or enhancing existing features for the product. - Participate in all aspects of the product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation, and testing. - Analyze software requirements to determine the feasibility of design within quality assurance, time, and cost constraints. - Coordinate and participate in software design and code review. - Create and execute unit, integration and system tests - Collaborate with front-end team and test team to ensure the best solution is always in place to promote successful feature deployment. - Inter-group and intra-group teamwork in a multi-site worldwide development environment. - To meet the project's deliverable and timeline requirement in a highly dynamic environment. - Adhere to the team's performance and quality metrics. - To collect and analyze data affecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). - Develop intellectual property for the company. - Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes. Role Description Estamos buscando un Desarrollador Android Senior para unirse a nuestro equipo de ingeniería. Como parte fundamental de nuestros proyectos de desarrollo móvil, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y mantener aplicaciones Android de alto rendimiento que cumplan con los estándares de calidad y las expectativas de nuestros clientes. - Desarrollar soluciones robustas utilizando Java y Kotlin, implementando patrones de diseño y arquitecturas modernas para aplicaciones Android. - Participar activamente en revisiones de código, pruebas y documentación para mantener estándares de alta calidad. - Implementar y optimizar integraciones con APIs RESTful, microservicios y sistemas distribuidos. - Diseñar e implementar soluciones eficientes para la persistencia de datos y la gestión del estado de la aplicación. - Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para resolver problemas complejos y mejorar continuamente nuestros productos. - Proporcionar mentoría a desarrolladores junior y compartir conocimientos técnicos con el equipo. Qualifications - Mínimo 4 años de experiencia en desarrollo de aplicaciones Android nativas. - Sólida formación técnica en Diseño Orientado a Objetos y conocimiento avanzado de Java y Kotlin con enfoque en rendimiento y concurrencia. - Experiencia comprobada con inyección de dependencias (Dagger), corrutinas y manejo del ciclo de vida de componentes Android. - Conocimiento profundo del ecosistema Android: Android Manifest, layouts, Gradle y patrones de arquitectura (MVVM, Clean Architecture). - Experiencia con Retrofit, Room u otras soluciones para persistencia de datos. - Experiencia con plataformas en la nube como AWS, Google Cloud o Azure. - Habilidades avanzadas de depuración (debugging) y resolución de problemas. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
