Role Description As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a key role in building scalable, secure, and innovative applications that support our mission. Working across the stack, you'll collaborate with stakeholders from Product, Clinical Operations, and beyond to develop impactful features that enhance clinician and client experiences. Your contributions will directly shape the future of Two Chairs and the mental health industry. You'll be responsible for ensuring Two Chairs code is delivered accurately and efficiently and model best practices for the wider team. Core Areas of Responsibility - Playing a key role in building high-performance, secure, scalable and delightful client, clinician, and internal user facing applications. - Building and integrating new architecture, frameworks, and technologies that make for great software. - Collaborating with teammates across the stack to enhance and optimize our current systems with new features and increased stability. - Collaborating with our various stakeholders, understanding their workflows and translating their needs into seamless applications. - Understanding our clients’ journey through care and architecting software that defines a best-in-class therapeutic experience. - Build innovative products to fundamentally transform the mental health space by combining the best of humans and technology. Impact and Success Indicators Where you’ll make an impact in the first 90 days: - Gain an understanding of the code base, and the inner workings of our application. - Bring fresh ideas and suggestions for improvements. - Participate in sprint planning, standups, and retrospective meetings. Helping spec out scope and technical details. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver meaningful changes to the application while actively participating in shaping team practices and processes. Where you’ll make an impact in the first year: - Own and deliver several large cross-functional projects. - Take on a technical leadership role, mentoring junior developers, and driving architecture and technical planning decisions. - Play a key role in architecture, design, code reviews, and testing, providing guidance and support to elevate the team's technical excellence. - Translate product ideas and specifications into actionable work and scope. Qualifications - Tenured experience working in a startup environment (think ownership, agility, and innovation). - Self-motivation and a self-starting attitude. - Experience working with our stack (Node/Express, Python/Django) or similar. - Experience with containerization (Docker or otherwise), Kubernetes, or similar is a plus. - Low ego and strong orientation to cross-functional work and stakeholder collaboration. - 5-6+ years of engineering experience owning projects and building scalable products. Compensation & Benefits The salary range for this full-time, exempt role is $158,000 - $180,000. The final offer is dependent on qualifications and experience. • Maintain and extend a legacy Objective-C + Cocos codebase • Optimize performance, memory usage, and runtime behavior for mobile • Refactor and modernize systems without breaking live operations • Ship features, events, and improvements in a live-service environment • Use AI-assisted workflows (code generation, debugging, refactoring, test creation) to move faster • Collaborate closely with product, design, and analytics to drive impact • Identify quick wins vs. deep tech improvements and prioritize accordingly

• Responsible for configuring Microsoft Power Platform components and developing customized solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform • Analyze requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, wireframes, work in a cross-functional agile delivery team • Support testing, deployment, and documentation activities • Troubleshoot/resolve errors • Create dynamic and scalable Microsoft Power Platform applications that meet the changing needs of the company
