• Conduct in-depth product analytics to uncover user behavior patterns and trends • Analyze web data, conversion funnels, and user journeys to identify optimization opportunities • Perform ad hoc analyses to answer critical business questions and support strategic decisions and monitor key performance metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement • Investigate user engagement patterns to enhance product stickiness and retention • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems • Create intuitive and powerful dashboards in Hex and Looker for stakeholders across the organization • Develop comprehensive reporting frameworks aligned with company KPIs • Measure the success of new product features through rigorous data analysis • Establish metrics that accurately reflect product health and business impact • Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and data accessibility • Independently lead the statistical, direction of our experimentation agenda, guiding the business on experimentation and statistics best practices, dig into confounding factors and prioritizing designing complex experiments including pricing experiments • Lead experiment design and execution and build a strong experimentation culture by educating teams on best practices • Apply statistical rigor to test design, sample size determination, and results interpretation • Identify opportunities for A/B testing to optimize product performance • Use tools like Optimizely, Eppo, or LaunchDarkly to implement and track experiments • Develop frameworks for consistent and reliable experimentation across the company • Influence stakeholders by translating complex data findings into compelling stories • Build clear, concise presentations to executive teams that drive action • Find innovative ways to quantify ambiguous business problems • Advocate for data-informed approaches to solving business challenges • Proactively identify opportunities where data can drive business value
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (eg, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Mathematics).
- 8+ years of proven experience in Analytics/Business Intelligence
- Strong SQL skills with demonstrated ability to write complex queries
- Good working knowledge of Python for data analysis
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
- Strong data visualization skills with demonstrated ability to present complex data clearly
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and design using statistical methods (A/B testing, hypothesis testing, etc.)
- Experience designing experiments using advanced methodologies (sequential testing, Bayesian methods)
- Experience thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable implementing new analytic techniques and driving adoption across teams.

What you’ll do As a Power Systems Analyst you will play a key role in Giga Energy's data center expansion initiatives by identifying and securing excess capacity and optimal grid interconnection points. This role requires collaborating with utilities, internal teams, and external stakeholders to build a pipeline of new electrical capacity to support our internal data center growth. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in utility interconnection processes, understanding of utility-grade electrical infrastructure, and modeling of utility electrical rates. Responsibilities Capacity Planning: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand electrical grid capacity to support future data center projects. Responsibilities - Responds timely to client requests and promptly places orders within company procedural guidelines to meet the client’s SLA. - Understanding of shipment cutoff times for all major distribution partners and carriers. - Proactive communication to client on order placements including order ETA and back order information at time of order placement. - Escalates cost changes/EOL to Sales Operations Advisor or IAM. - Provides timely quotes, within 4 hours, for customers on run rate velocity products based on direction from the Sales team. - Assists with quotes for accounts with established pricing. - Provides administrative support for open order tracking, scheduled and custom reporting, and inquiries on sales orders. - Researches open orders and provides ETA information to clients in a report format. - Switches suppliers or recommends replacement products with input from sales team. - Enters and updates order information in the system for all team members to access. - Uses established tools to provide the customer with any one-off or scheduled report. - Works with Sales team on any complex requests on open orders or reports. - Works with management on any request that falls outside the scope of any existing report. - Responds to client email requests for tracking, serial numbers, packing slips and other inquiries. - Initiates returned merchandise process. - Educates the client on the RMA creation and enters RMA in the system. - Escalates all RMA requests to Customer Service.
