Role Description This is a contract full-time remote opportunity for those based in Brazil. The initial contract is for 6 months, with strong potential for extension. As a Senior React Native Software Engineer at Nearform, your main task will be designing & building applications using React Native. Your responsibilities may also include: - Supporting component design, development and maintenance and taking responsibility for personal technical quality standards within the project team. - Assisting with defining structured practices, especially in source code management, building and deployment. - Designing and implementing data fetching and persistence solutions. - Optimising performance in applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Getting feedback from users and clients, and building solutions for them. - Assisting with the analysis of client requirements. - Working with and supporting Technical Leaders in project execution and timely delivery. - Collaborating with client teams. Qualifications - Significant React Native development experience with a proven track record of shipping production applications. - Expert knowledge of React Native architecture, navigation patterns, and performance optimization. - Proficiency with platform-specific implementations (iOS/Android) and native module integration. - Experience with state management solutions (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API, or similar). - Strong understanding of mobile app lifecycle, memory management, and performance best practices. - Knowledge of mobile-specific UI/UX patterns and responsive design principles. - Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. - Knowledge of offline data synchronization and caching strategies. - Understanding of accessibility standards and internationalization. - Practical experience of delivering in an agile environment. - Deep understanding of versioning control tools - Git in particular. - Excellent analytical and multitasking skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Empathy and people skills. • Design, develop, and implement scalable data integration solutions primarily using Informatica for ETL and large volume batch imports. • Configure and optimize data mapping, transformations, and workflows within the Informatica platform. • Develop, deploy, and manage Informatica applications to meet complex data transformation requirements. • Develop integration solutions using various protocols like SOAP, REST, and JMS. • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms to ensure data integration reliability. • Integrate cloud-based and on-premises systems. • Collaborate with Data Cloud and other delivery teams on data and integration projects, including blended approaches to Data 360. • Optimize integration flows for performance and scalability. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex data and integration issues. • Monitor system and integration performance and identify potential bottlenecks. • Collaborate with architects and other developers to understand requirements and design solutions.

• Server-Side Development: Design, build, and optimize scalable back-end applications using NestJS and Docker. • API & Database Management: Develop robust RESTful APIs, integrate with front-end solutions, and manage both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. • Quality & Performance: Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain high security standards. • Collaboration & Delivery: Work closely with DevOps teams to align with CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth, timely deployments.

• Design and define end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications using Node.js and React. • Establish and enforce best practices in system design, code quality, and development workflows. • Make key decisions on application architecture, scalability, and performance optimization. • Architect and oversee backend services, APIs, and integrations. • Guide frontend architecture, including component structure, state management, and performance. • Design and optimize database solutions using PostgreSQL and related technologies. • Define and implement cloud architecture using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals. • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers. • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards. • Continuously evaluate and introduce improvements to system performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Stay up-to-date with modern technologies and drive innovation within the team.
