• You'll lead front-end development for large-scale, real-time applications. • You'll design and implement intuitive, reliable, and performant user interfaces, working end-to-end with designers and backend teams. • You'll help define front-end best practices, mentor others, and drive technical decisions to keep our stack modern and maintainable.

• Build, update, and manage web pages and components using internal CMS tools and modern front-end technologies • Develop and implement reusable components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with exposure to component-based frameworks (e.g., React) • Write, review, and ship production-ready code, participating in code reviews and version control workflows (Git) • Execute content updates across websites, blogs, and campaign pages while ensuring performance, scalability, and responsiveness • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, SEO, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality web experiences • Apply SEO best practices, including content structuring, tagging, metadata optimization, and data cataloging • Implement and validate analytics tracking to ensure accurate performance measurement • Conduct QA on both code and content to maintain high quality and low defect rates • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across web properties, identifying root causes and implementing solutions • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and systems for greater efficiency and scalability • Actively use AI development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, etc.) as part of the development process to write, refine, and ship code more efficiently

• Build and maintain modern web UIs for analytics, portal, and BI experiences using a component-driven approach. • Partner with product and design to translate requirements into accessible, responsive, and elegant interfaces. • Develop robust state management patterns for complex workflows and data-heavy screens. • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL, ensuring correctness and great UX under real-world conditions. • Establish and evolve design system components (reusable UI primitives, patterns, and documentation). • Drive UI performance engineering: profiling, optimizing render paths, reducing bundle size, improving perceived performance, and ensuring smooth interaction. • Write high-quality, testable, maintainable code; participate in code reviews and technical design discussions. • Mentor engineers and help raise the bar on front-end standards, tooling, and best practices.

• Improve internal tooling: enhance build pipelines and help visualize engineering metrics • Expand technical documentation by covering patterns and best practices used across the frontend codebase • Help build and connect our Figma Code Connect integration for the new component library • Write integration tests for existing screens using Maestro, improving confidence in releases • Contribute to the design system and component library to ensure consistency across Sarwa’s products • Collaborate with designers and backend engineers to deliver polished, user-facing improvements • Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and team discussions
