Role Description Box is looking for a Business Analyst III to support the HCM, Benefits, Compensation and Performance functions within Box. In this role, you will be part of the core team responsible for the design, functional development, support, maintenance & improvements of Workday programs. You will work with business partners and collaborate with our IT Enterprise Systems team by utilizing your technical expertise and business insights. You will also partner closely with our People teams to plan, design and build optimal solutions for our systems and applications. Qualifications - 5+ years of industry experience implementing & supporting various HR applications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent years of industry experience - 3+ years of design/configuration experience with Workday HCM, Advanced Reporting, Benefits, Compensation, and/or Performance modules - Experience with Workday Integrations related to applications such as Equity, HR & external vendor applications - Deep understanding of software testing with knowledge on building test plans and executing them in unit, functional and user acceptance test cycles - Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills - Ability to work optimally in a team environment as well as independently - Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely and ensure others are informed - Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize to ensure work is done in a timely and high-quality manner - Experience with multiple HCM, payroll and/or financial applications a plus - Partial coverage of PST hours required, including occasional support for critical processes as needed Requirements - Partner with the Benefits, Talent, Compensation, and People Operations teams to understand business needs and solutions that align to overall business strategies and manage to a successful delivery. - Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, develop/create business requirements, document the user stories, and translate business requirements into effective and efficient functional design specifications and application configuration/technical solutions. - AI & Automation Innovation: Lead the exploration and implementation of agentic AI solutions to enhance workflows, and robust automations to streamline decision-making, and elevate the employee experience. - Become an Internal Workday HCM expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation; leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements. - Provide ongoing production support to the business regarding application functionality and data integrity, including identification, troubleshooting and resolution of critical production issues, enhancements, and year-end processes. - Test Solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements/specifications, and document existing and new processes. - Leverage Workday capabilities (Report Writer, prompts/filters, calculated fields, matrix/advanced reports, scheduling, security) to deliver scalable outputs. - Partner with and assist integrations team in configuration and testing between Workday and other 3rd party/custom solutions alongside business teams and vendors. - Educate and guide users on effective and efficient approaches to implementing new features and provide technical guidance for testing/adoption of new features and functionality. - Drive the planning, prioritization, design, development and deployment of new projects & system enhancements using Box project methodology and industry best practices. Mainframe System Network Architect Location: Remote, United States Job Description: Location : Remote - Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future* Roles and responsibilities :- - 12+ year experience in managing the Mainframe System/Network. - Responsibilities will include Installation and Upgrading a z/OS environment, Customization, Problem Determination, Performance Analysis Tuning, Capacity Planning, and WLM for the IBM Mainframe z/Series z/OS Systems, Hardware Systems & Peripherals, z/Series based ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Software, and z/Series Network Communications. The ideal z/OS Systems Architect will interface with management and the technical staff to plan and prioritize project tasks in accordance with firms' departmental goals. - Responsible of planning and execution of Hardware and software upgrade projects including Datacenter move and exit plans. - Monitors system software access, performance, and resource utilization. - Primary responsibility for maintaining the z/OS and JES2/3 software environment. - Work with application programmers to ensure that application problems do not adversely affect production operations. - Assists with the analysis, design, programming, and implementation of client environments. - Develop/maintain/monitor proper software use and security authorization policies. - Creates, maintains, and upgrades operating system software for development and production environments. - Analyzes requirements and recommends policies, procedures, and standards for operating system software. - Implement and verifies backup and recovery procedures.
