• Work in an Agile team to build and operate scalable services • Help engineer our platform strategy • Translate business requirements into architectural and implementation choices • Capture loosely defined requirements/concepts and expand them into complete solutions • Review and provide feedback on features, technology, architecture, designs • Define and implement DevOps components to operate the platform • Lead with a focus on customer engagement bridging the gap between internal infrastructure operations and end-user experience • Own the reliability, performance, and operational readiness of the AEM CS components • Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive operational work

• Design and implement responsive web interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. • Develop and maintain applications with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js. • Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. • Apply UI/UX principles to create intuitive and accessible user experiences. • Conduct front-end testing using tools like Jest and Cypress to ensure application quality. • Utilize version control systems (Git) and build tools (Webpack, Babel) for efficient development workflows. • Collaborate with backend developers to enable seamless data exchange and basic backend integration using Node.js. • Implement security best practices and optimize application performance. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the front-end stack. • Document development processes and provide technical support to project teams. • Design Interfaces relevant to Healthcare.

• Own end-to-end full-stack delivery of features and subsystems • Contribute to the evolution of our Next.js and React-based architecture • Execute the migration and hardening of our authentication flows from legacy providers to Microsoft Entra ID • Draft and defend technical specifications before cutting code • Build with a mindset of "elegant but not overengineered" • Work with cross-functional teams including Product, DevOps, Data, and Delivery

• Your responsibilities will span technical leadership, team management and hands-on execution. • Set and drive technical strategy aligned with company objectives, balancing speed, scalability, reliability, and long term platform health. • Manage and develop a small team of engineers, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development. • Remain hands on in the codebase, contributing to architecture decisions and implementing critical features and infrastructure improvements. • Own platform architecture and evolution, ensuring our systems are secure, performant, scalable, and maintainable. • Lead high impact initiatives, especially those involving complex technical tradeoffs, cross functional dependencies, or architectural change. • Champion a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement across the engineering team.
