Oracle Apex Technical Consultant

• Design, develop, test, implement, and support Oracle E-Business Suite technical solutions • Develop and maintain SQL, PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and related database objects • Build and support interfaces, conversions, integrations, and custom technical solutions within Oracle EBS • Develop and maintain BI Publisher / XML Publisher reports and concurrent programs • Develop and support Oracle APEX applications, including workflow solutions, self-service tools, dashboards, and reporting applications • Integrate APEX applications with Oracle EBS data, security, and related technical components • Ensure all customizations and technical solutions comply with Oracle EBS standards and online patching requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in EBS and APEX environments • Collaborate with functional teams, business users, and technical teams to define and deliver solutions • Support patching, deployments, migrations, and release activities • Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of Oracle applications technical experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle APEX development
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
  • Experience with BI Publisher / XML Publisher
  • Experience with interfaces, conversions, integrations, and technical troubleshooting
  • Experience working in an Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion environment
  • Experience supporting or developing within Oracle EBS online patching requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered

Role Description We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our growing Latin America revenue team and own the technical side of the sales process across the region. You'll be the bridge between what our customers need and what Omilia can deliver — acting as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on solution architect. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role based in Brazil, covering the full LATAM region. You'll work directly with Account Executives, regional leadership, and Omilia's Product and Delivery teams — translating complex conversational AI capabilities into compelling, business-ready solutions.
