Role Description The Accounts Receivable Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing reimbursement-related collections by monitoring, analyzing, and evaluating performance and trends. This role plays a key part in identifying revenue opportunities, ensuring compliance, and providing ongoing research and support for reimbursement initiatives throughout the year. - Provides day-to-day leadership, coaching, and guidance to the A/R team, managing 2–6 direct reports. - Works closely with operational managers and organizational leadership to improve processes, drive results, and support overall financial performance. Qualifications - 3-5 years of experience in a business setting. - 5 years of supervisory or people leadership experience managing a staff of at least four or more. - 5 years of experience performing accounts receivable functions. - Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills are a must. - Strong mentoring and staff development skills are required. - A strong client service mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively and resolve issues using non-adversarial approaches. - Ability to work independently and in group settings with minimal supervision. - Strong financial and analytical skills to effectively manage multiple priorities and resolve posting and balancing issues. - Bachelor's degree or associate's degree in business or a related field preferred. Requirements - Full-time remote position available to candidates residing in PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, VA, WV. - Schedule: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. - Earn $20.51/hour. The Accounts Receivable (“AR”) at Elation supports the critical function to ensure that our customers are billed accurately and on time, and that cash is collected when due. Elation is looking for an AR Analyst to join our Finance team. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to oversee the day-to-day AR operations. This crucial role ensures adherence to financial policies, manages collections, maintains strong client relationships, and supports the company's overall financial health. Key Responsibilities: Billing and Invoicing - Triage and respond to internal and external billing and collections inquiries promptly and accurately. - Process and audit customer account billing changes - Execute collections activities, including preparing weekly aging reports, contacting clients and negotiating payment plans. - Manage relationships with Customer Support and Customer Success teams, including answering billing-related questions and providing documentation. - Prepare manual billing data using related reports. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date Enterprise contract information for invoicing. - Read contracts and familiarize with all terms and conditions that impact billing and payment terms; assist with contract accuracy and upkeep. - Assist in month-end close processes and reconciliation activities. - Collaborate with the Customer Success team to address billing changes, outstanding invoices, and refund requests. Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in AR, with at least 1+ years in a SaaS. Experience with recurring subscription and usage based software billing models is a must. Process Oriented: Process and detail orientation; strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proven ability to clearly and concisely implement new processes and leverage technology. Strong documentation skills. Technical: Intimate working knowledge with subscription billing software (e.g. Recurly), SaaS based ERP (e.g. Netsuite), Salesforce CPQ and advanced excel skill-set. Working knowledge with AI tools to assist with simple processes and defined day-to-day responsibilities is a plus. Strategic: Ability to interpret contract language and translate it into billing execution. Entrepreneurial: Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, lean environment while not losing sight of the broader vision and opportunity. Indirect leadership: Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships, gain input and consensus from key stakeholders, and knowledge of how to drive win-win outcomes.
