Role Description We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Social Media & Events Intern to assist in managing our social media presence and support the planning and execution of events for Istituto Marangoni Milano Design School. - Support in implementing and developing social media activities of Milano School. - Support in planning and organizing internal and external School events in all its phases, supervising the success of the event. - Support the organization of on-line and on-site activities, in order to implement the brand visibility. - Create and edit content in order to implement an effective communication strategy regarding events and creating reports. - Support the Communication Team in planning social media content. - Assist in managing social media channels: community management, digital PR, posting, reposting. - Support in planning the editorial calendar to ensure content is timely, relevant and engaging. - Assist in event management in all its aspects (locations setting, logistics, catering, fittings, producing materials and invitations for the event, etc.). - Collaborate with the Manager in drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the on-line School activities. - Collaborate with the procurement office and update contacts database. Qualifications - Degree in Marketing / Communication and qualification in digital or social media management. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and editing tools. - English proficiency. - A short experience in a similar role is a plus but not required. - Office Suite proficiency. - Strong interest for fashion & arts area. - Passionate about social media, storytelling and content marketing.
