• Conduct targeted reviews of the insured’s environment to identify security control gaps • Analyze and prioritize system weaknesses across cloud and on-premise infrastructure to focus remediation on the highest-risk areas • Deploy security improvements, including advanced endpoint protection, email security tools, and modern network access controls • Integrate zero-trust principles and robust identity protections to ensure resilient access management • Execute technical hardening measures to eliminate common attack vectors and secure critical infrastructure components • Apply technical remediations to align the environment with At-Bay’s security standards • Achieve a demonstrably stronger security posture for the insured than existed prior to the cyber event • Translate technical improvements into strategic business value, helping the insured build a sustainable culture of security
• Your primary focus is outbound prospecting: identifying, engaging, and qualifying opportunities across a defined account base. • You’ll reach technical and financial buyers using a mix of research-led outreach, phone, email, and LinkedIn to build pipeline that converts. • You’ll be reaching an existing customer base that already trusts At-Bay. • Your job is to open the conversation on security. • You’ll carry that story to an audience that needs it and isn’t hearing it yet. • Develop a thorough understanding of our business, including how MDR, insurance, and our product tiers serve customers end-to-end. • Partner with your AE and build your initial account penetration plan. • Running active outbound sequences across your target account list. • Booking qualified meetings and contributing to early pipeline with your AE. • Established as a key connector between marketing, sales, and your accounts. • Consistently hitting or exceeding pipeline targets and meeting metrics. • Leading top-of-funnel feedback loops with marketing. • Articulating At-Bay’s MDR value prop confidently to both buyer types.
• Our Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) teams deliver incident investigation and response services to At-Bay insureds via: • Forensically sound collection, transmission, and storage of digital evidence • Analysis of digital evidence to identify indicators of compromise and adversary activity • Development of incident timelines and theories of compromise • Identification of incident root causes • Participation in threat actor negotiations as necessary (e.g., ransom negotiations, etc.) • Participation in incident recovery (e.g., restoration of data from backups, reimaging workstations and servers, rebuilding network infrastructure, etc.) activities as necessary • Development and delivery of incident reports to document key incident details for engagement stakeholders including executive leaders for insureds, breach coach attorneys, and At-Bay claims management staff as necessary • Development and delivery of recommendations to mitigate the risk of future incidents for impacted insureds • Development and delivery of incident response training and simulations for targeted insureds
• Cybersecurity Analysts deliver incident investigation and response services • Forensically sound collection, transmission, and storage of digital evidence • Analysis of digital evidence to identify indicators of compromise and adversary activity
• Operation and tuning of security monitoring tools including Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) • Identification and analysis of anomalous activity in customer technology environments • Triage of event data to identity potential indicators of compromise • Escalation of potentially malicious activity to engage incident responders where necessary • Participation in incident investigation, containment, remediation, and recovery activities where necessary • Developing and maintaining customer relationships to facilitate delivery of MDR services • Developing and delivering reports on identified activity to customer stakeholders as needed
• Fully ramped on At-Bay’s MDR platform, GTM strategy, and sales processes • Effectively managing a growing pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities from existing customers • Manage and grow existing customer relationships by identifying upsell opportunities in partnership with our underwriters • Delivering product demos and participating in sales calls with confidence and clarity • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to share early customer feedback and insights • Actively contributing to refining the sales motion, CRM workflows, and internal tooling • Consistently closing new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets • Leading the full sales cycle independently — from prospecting through contract negotiation • Building repeatable strategies to generate pipeline and shorten deal cycles • Becoming a key voice in shaping product direction based on customer conversations • Playing a central role in expanding our presence in the cybersecurity space
• Your work will directly contribute to At-Bay’s risk assessment framework that helps with data-driven decisions involving millions of dollars of exposure. • This is a multidisciplinary role that includes developing deep professional lines knowledge, business acumen, research, and analytical skills. • This is also a hands-on operational role where you’ll see in house submission, quotes and binds and understand how each risk decision will impact on the business. • You will lead the development of pricing models for new professional & general liability products and work cross-functionally with Insurance & Tech Product, Underwriting, Claims, and Decision Engine teams on the implementation of those products. • You will be responsible for driving At-Bay’s professional lines product related initiatives and lead a wide variety of pricing projects, from inception to implementation, to understand the impacts and implications of pricing and underwriting initiatives on the business. • As a Senior Actuary you will also be expected to manage up and cross functionally across various teams.

Why you should join our Actuarial Pricing team: As an Senior Actuarial Analyst on the Pricing team, you will be working under the risk function with talented team members in modeling, risk analytics, decision engine, insurance and tech product. The Pricing team has helped At-Bay launch new products, secure reinsurance capacity, quantify and manage risk related KPIs and adjust pricing to drive profitable growth. You’ll join a growing team of actuaries and actuarial analysts of diverse backgrounds and report to our Actuarial Director. You’ll have developed a proposal to modify the Cyber rate plan and have evaluated the proposal will have on the business You’ll have improved the depth and efficiency of the existing rate indication process via automation and/or innovation You’ll have analyzed customer acquisition and retention data to improve At-Bay’s ability to understand the economics of the business You’ll help coach team members and key to understand actuarial analytics, Cyber pricing and risk, and how it differs from traditional pricing and other lines of business What you’ve accomplished already: You’ve evaluated the profitability of a portfolio of insureds using actuarial techniques and communicated the results to leadership You’ve worked cross-functionally with underwriting, product management, data science, claims or other analytical departments to solve complex business problems You’ve developed tools to automate existing processes and/or improve visibility into the performance of the products You’ve analyzed competitor rating plans and interpreted the results to improve your pricing and/or underwriting structures You’ve passed 4+ exams in pursuit of your ACAS, FCAS, or other equivalent designation You’ve achieved proficiency with Excel and SQL, and have experience with Python and/or R Our estimated base pay range for this role is $120,000-135,000 per year. Base salary is determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to market data, location, internal equitability, domain knowledge, experiences and skills.
