Role Description Als Talent Acquisition Consultant bei MatchWave übernimmst du eigenständig Recruiting-Projekte für unsere KundInnen. Du arbeitest tief eingebettet in deren Prozesse, Systeme und Hiring Teams und bleibst gleichzeitig Teil unseres MatchWave-Teams. Du führst Mandate von Briefing bis Offer, bringst Struktur in manchmal unscharfe Hiring-Kontexte und sorgst dafür, dass Hiring Manager dir vertrauen, auch wenn Anna nicht mit im Call ist. Kurz gesagt: Du machst Recruiting besser. Für unsere KundInnen, für KandidatInnen und für uns als Team. - Du übernimmst Full-Cycle-Recruiting-Projekte für unsere KundInnen, von Briefing und Sourcing über Screening, Hiring-Manager-Kalibrierung und Prozesssteuerung bis hin zur Offer-Phase. - Du arbeitest embedded in den KundInnen-Systemen, zum Beispiel in deren ATS, Slack, E-Mail-Setups oder Hiring-Meetings, und hältst gleichzeitig die Verbindung zum MatchWave-Team. - Du bringst Tempo und Verlässlichkeit in Recruiting-Prozesse, ohne Qualität zu verlieren. - Du baust klare Scorecards, strukturierte Pipelines und transparente Wochenupdates, damit KundInnen jederzeit wissen, wo ihre Mandate stehen. - Du sorgst dafür, dass Hiring Manager sich gut beraten fühlen: Du hörst zu, bringst Struktur ein und hilfst ihnen, bessere Entscheidungen zu treffen. - Du identifizierst passende KandidatInnen für Commercial-Rollen wie Sales, Marketing, GTM, Operations oder Customer Success. Tech-Recruiting kann dazukommen, ist aber kein Muss. - Du nutzt moderne Tools wie Granola, GPT oder Claude produktiv in deinem Recruiting-Alltag und hast Lust, Prozesse kontinuierlich smarter, schneller und besser zu machen. Qualifications - Du hast ca. 3–6 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting, davon mindestens 2 Jahre wirklich eigenständig im Full-Cycle-Recruiting. - Du hast bereits Commercial-Rollen besetzt, zum Beispiel Sales, SDR / AE, Marketing, GTM, Customer Success oder Operations. - Du hast Recruiting nicht nur „begleitet“, sondern selbstständig von Briefing bis Offer verantwortet. - Du kennst dynamische Umfelder wie Startups, Scale-ups, wachsende KMUs, Embedded Recruiting, RPO oder Beratungssetups. - Du arbeitest strukturiert und transparent: Scorecards, Pipeline-Updates, Wochenreports und saubere Hiring-Prozesse sind für dich keine Extras, sondern Teil guter Arbeit. - Du hast eine echte Service-DNA. • Gather and document business requirements across order lifecycle processes • Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories specific to Infios OMS capabilities • Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders (onshore/offshore) • Act as a subject matter expert in Infios OMS best practices • Configure order orchestration, sourcing, and fulfillment logic within Infios OMS. • Define inventory visibility, allocation, and ATP/CTP strategies. • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with eCommerce, ERP, WMS, and payment systems. • Define and execute UAT scenarios aligned to Infios OMS implementations
