JST
Role Description JST is currently seeking a SharePoint Support SME to join our team. The SME must provide day-to-day comprehensive support for designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining AMD SharePoint environment and sites. Activities will focus on, but are not limited to, SharePoint Online architecture, workflows, document libraries, collaboration sites, and integration with Microsoft 365 applications. This is a full-time remote position. This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Maintain and update OCFO SharePoint Online tools, applications, and site collections. - Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data management policies. - Develop, configure, and maintain workflows using modern tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps. - Support legacy workflows created in SharePoint Designer as needed. - Troubleshoot and de-bug broken workflows, codes, and previously developed tools as needed. - Partner with AMD staff to design, implement, and evolve SharePoint solutions that support contracting tools, workflows, and business processes. - Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook) to enhance collaboration and efficiency. - Document processes, configurations, and procedures required for effective management, reporting, and auditing of SharePoint activities. - Provide user guidance and training materials to support adoption. - Recommend and implement enhancements to improve usability, efficiency, and performance of the SharePoint environment. - Ensure alignment with AMD operational and strategic objectives. - Manage SharePoint based contract file storage system. - Utilize SharePoint Lists for acquisition-related tracking (e.g., COR certification tracking, GPC metrics, closeout tracker, requisition timeliness, contract data lists). - Host Acquisition Center of Excellence (ACE) pages and dashboards on SharePoint Sites and Site Collections. - Develop Power Apps, including custom forms used to streamline internal workflows (e.g., GPC Nomination, COR Nomination, IGCE Request, PR Checklist Review). - Create Power Automate flows supporting data collection, routing, approvals, notifications, and data refresh processes. Qualifications - 10+ years of extensive experience in a related field. - Bachelor's degree in information systems, data analytics, computer science or a related field. - Experience supporting contract management systems & acquisition data environments. - Experience developing dashboards, reports, & data visualizations. - Ability to manage multiple tasks & priorities in a fast-paced environment. Requirements - MUST have a Public Trust clearance. - MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance.
