Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Clerk to join the team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity in the financial records by ensuring all customer transactions are processed accurately and timely. - Record customer payments into the GL daily. - Research and assist with customer refunds. - Assist with expense coding for credit card transactions, as needed. - Pull transaction support for financial statement audits. - Other accounting duties as assigned. Qualifications - Strong ethics and respect for the handling of confidential information. - 2+ years of cash management and accounting experience. - Understanding of US GAAP standards and updated guidance. - Strong attention to detail with emphasis on meeting deadlines. - Highly organized with the ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Good computer skills, proficient in MS365. - Prior ERP experience. - Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth. - Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS. - Must be able to work US EST hours. Requirements - Recent Sage Intacct ERP experience.

• Process commission or sales incentive payments for multiple lines of business according to provisions in the commission/sales incentive plan. • Research and resolve complex/non-routine processing corrections/exceptions requiring an in-depth knowledge of complex procedural and system processes. • Complete quality checks on work processed by other teammates and provides appropriate reporting to leadership for review. • Completes commission or sales incentive audits and communicate results to both internal and external customers. • Prepare monthly/quarterly commission and sales incentive payment summary reports for management. • Assist with phone coverage when necessary.

• Partner with our digital & system integration team to support build, testing, and deployment activities for the Corporate/Enterprise Services instance of S4 HANA • Collaborate cross-functionally to harmonize future-state business processes. • Partner with RTX Business Units, Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions on development of future state process improvements. • Support key system implementation activities impacting General Ledger and broader financial integration. • Review Corporate ledger data to prepare for S4 implementation • Support Corporate Accounting updates to Standard Work to reflect new S4 processes • Drive alignment across Enterprise Services and Corporate Functions. • Support change management efforts aligned with the oneRTX vision.

• Plan, manage, organize, and direct the day to day activities, month end tasks, and workload of the General Accounting Department. • Communicate and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders at the Plant and Headquarter level to ensure requirements, deliverables, and expectations are appropriately addressed. • Manage and assist with various projects to continually enhance the close to report process, including systems-based improvements and procedural updates. • Maintain accounting principles and practices to ensure that integrity of the Company's General Ledger and Financial Statements. • Oversee the month-end close of the financial records for Domestic. • Review and approve the journal entries of senior accountants before posting to the General Ledger. • Perform a management review of all Plant and Selling Region Financial Statements for accuracy. • Provide support for Plant Controllers and Corporate Management. • Resolve issues and serve as a resource for accounting procedures and policies.
