• Make the first contact with opportunities generated by marketing, presenting Orgânica, performing qualification, briefing, and scheduling with the salesperson; • Conduct diagnostics for leads and prospects; • Attend trade shows/events with Orgânica, performing the responsibilities of the respective role; • Prospect leads; • Handle outbound leads; • Present Orgânica in an engaging and contextualized way tailored to each lead's profile and needs; • Qualify leads, understand the company's profile, their needs, and determine whether Orgânica can address them; • Follow-up; • Schedule business meetings for salespeople with qualified leads; • Use CRM to keep control and records of all sales activities always up to date; • Monitor and keep metrics and indicators up to date; • Contribute to structuring and improving pre-sales processes, suggesting process improvements and applying best practices day-to-day; • Document new processes and existing optimizations to deliver the best results; • Pursue continuous development through study and practical application in daily work.
Job Requirements
- Skilled in customer service — communicates and builds relationships easily, listens and reads attentively and empathetically, expresses themselves clearly, can discuss customer problems and solutions with sensitivity, and has a sense of urgency;
- Strong written communication and public speaking skills;
- Proficient with computers;
- Experience with Google Workspace applications (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.);
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, participating in commercial processes where the sale is B2B, consultative, and related to marketing services;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in other commercial activities or roles related to customer service and relationship management;
- Able to investigate and ask questions to obtain an overview of problems, needs, and desires, using open and closed questions;
- Familiarity with the SPIN Selling methodology;
- Knowledge of sales techniques: rapport, probing, exploration, and objection handling;
- Active user of social media;
- Experience with RD Station Marketing and CRM (preferably RD CRM, but can be other CRMs such as Pipedrive, Piperun, Salesforce or another CRM that is not a simple Trello).
