What You'll Do You will report to the Managing Director, Games and Entertainment, and the SVP, Future Creative - Implement the video and social strategy to grow engaged video and social audiences. - Run video and social media teams for our Games and Entertainment, brands, balancing editorial and commercial demands. - Research and summarize the gaming and entertainment ecosystems by platform, forming working hypotheses into the way in which viewers are interested. - Create development for new shows, formats and video franchises across initial idea creation to bring the strategy to life. - Work with the senior commercial team to develop a go-to-market strategy for video and social. - Help to set video performance indicators based on platform ecosystem desired growth and audience segmentation. - Work towards commercial goals for branded content and be a partner, building monetizable growth IP, increasing branded content revenue from video and social year-over-year. - Manage a growing video team of creatives and strategists, building a culture of collaboration, innovation, and creative ambition. - Attend commercial quarterly meetings, sales summits, and other important temples to ensure exposure to commercial strategy, priorities, and ways of working. - Stay up to date with important industry trends, competitive insights and new social media, marketing, AI and e-commerce technologies.
