• Mentor a team of Customer Success Engineers and oversee technical engagements. • Ensure successful delivery of solutions meeting customer needs and business objectives. • Act as liaison to customer and internal leadership, managing technical escalations. • Partner with cross-functional teams for adherence to technical standards and delivery of solutions. • Drive operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement of processes and tools. • Maintain expertise in Duck Creek products and ensure successful deployment strategies. • Build and maintain a knowledge base of issues and best practices to drive efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent work experience in network administration, programming, or information systems.
- 6+ years of experience as a technical or solution architect implementing SaaS software.
- 3+ years of experience engaging with senior customer leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), and container management (Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of enterprise SaaS infrastructure and multi-platform architectures.
- Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline preferred.
- Proficiency in .NET or Java, Azure or AWS frameworks, SQL Server, and Windows Server preferred.
- Certification in Azure/AWS architecture or equivalent preferred.
- Experience with microservices, containers, and infrastructure as code methodologies preferred.
- Experience in Cloud Native Evolutions and migrations preferred.

Role Description As a Customer Success Manager, you'll be responsible for building strong, long-lasting relationships with RKON customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently orchestrating the delivery of RKON services and overseeing the resolution with technical support teams. Role Description The Customer Success Manager is commercially accountable for protecting and expanding revenue within an assigned book of approximately 80 customers. This role operates in a forward-looking, disciplined manner, balancing renewal leadership with structured expansion development. The Outcomes (What Success Looks Like in the first 12-18 Months) - Revenue Protection: Maintain ≥95% revenue retention (≤5% annual churn) through structured renewal planning and proactive risk mitigation. - Structured Expansion Creation: Generate a minimum of 3 qualified expansion opportunities per quarter in CRM, aligned to documented customer objectives.
