Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Facilitator
General Dynamics Information Technology
• Enable effective team performance and guide continuous improvement • Maintain clear sprint goals for multiple development teams • Manage cross-team dependencies and continuously improve delivery flow • Conduct scrum ceremonies and teach Agile best practices • Facilitate core Agile events and lightweight cross-team syncs • Track and drive resolution of impediments across platforms
Job Requirements
- 8+ years’ experience in IT
- 5+ years of Scrum Master/Agile facilitation
- 2+ years with multiple concurrent development teams
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (additional experience can be substituted for degree)
- Ability to quickly grasp business and technical requirements
- Proficient with VersionOne / Agility (or comparable tool)
- Proven ability to keep ceremonies purposeful, timeboxed, and engaging
- Ability to coach backlog readiness
- Strong facilitation skills
