• Act as the owner of the product vision with engineering teams and stakeholders. • Define, prioritize and maintain the product's technical and functional backlog. • Specify user stories, epics and features with clear acceptance criteria focused on delivery. • Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, review and retrospectives). • Partner with Engineering, Architecture and Data teams to ensure scalable and sustainable solutions. • Support technical decisions based on business impact, metrics and data. • Monitor product, performance and delivery quality indicators. • Ensure alignment between the roadmap, technical dependencies and strategic objectives. • Drive continuous improvement of discovery and delivery processes.

• Lead and manage multiple DoD software development projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with approved scope, cost, schedule, and performance requirements. • Develop, maintain, and update Program/Project Management documentation, including Project Management Plans, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Risk Management Plans, Integrated Master Schedules, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes. • Facilitate program and project meetings, including sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, stakeholder reviews, and executive briefings. • Apply Agile Framework methodologies, including user story development, backlog management, sprint execution, prioritization, and adaptive planning to accommodate evolving requirements. • Oversee and coordinate activities of cross-functional project team members, including software developers, engineers, and support personnel. • Review and approve project deliverables to ensure technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DoD standards and contractual requirements. • Manage risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution processes to minimize impacts to program execution. • Utilize ServiceNow to support project tracking, workflow management, task assignments, and reporting. • Monitor program performance metrics and provide status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders. • Coordinate with DoD stakeholders to ensure software development efforts align with mission priorities and operational requirements. • Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and promote collaboration across cross-functional teams to enhance productivity and delivery outcomes. • Support continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance program and project management effectiveness.
