IT Systems Engineer
Shiji Group
• Manage company hardware, software, licenses, and subscriptions. • Provide day-to-day IT support, troubleshooting technical issues. • Install, configure, and manage workstations and servers. • Support user onboarding and offboarding processes. • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for IT systems. • Maintain documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong proficiency in English and Spanish
- Hands-on experience with Windows operating systems and Active Directory
- Basic knowledge of Linux and/or MacOS environments
- Fundamental understanding of network configurations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic IT environment.
- Experience in administering cloud business solutions such as Office 365.
- PowerShell scripting skills preferred.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms preferred.
