• Ensure the performance and reliability of mission-critical trading infrastructure by proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks at all layers: compute, network, storage, and application. • Support, operate, and continuously improve highly available, low-latency systems under global trading load, with a strong focus on automation and enabling self-service for internal teams. • Participate in a day-time rotational on-call schedule, handling real-time operational incidents, root cause analysis, and long-term preventive improvements. • Use metrics and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) to detect anomalies, monitor performance trends, and support incident response. • Build, manage, and scale infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible. • Collaborate closely with trading, engineering, and security teams to align infrastructure improvements with application demands. • Implement robust security practices, including IAM, threat detection, and secure CI/CD pipelines, to support high-trust production environments. • Apply low-level optimization strategies to improve throughput, reduce latency, and increase system efficiency across diverse environments. • Work closely with developers, traders and other staff to accomplish our firm’s goals.

Role Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented OTC Trader with 2-8 years of trading experience, preferably in the cryptocurrency market. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of options and other financial derivatives and be knowledgeable about options pricing, greeks, and gamma hedging. While OTC trading experience is appreciated, it is not a requirement. This role involves clear communication with clients and internal teams, as well as a strong capability to manage financial risk. - Execute OTC trades in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. - Monitor market trends and analyze trading opportunities, utilizing a decent understanding of options and financial derivatives. - Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to coordinate trading strategies and initiatives. - Maintain high levels of attention to detail in all aspects of trading, documentation, and compliance. - Conduct thorough risk assessments to ensure financial risk is managed comfortably. - Collaborate with team members to share insights and discuss the best solutions to provide. - Utilize trading algorithms on a daily basis to hedge derivatives and execute client transactions. Monitor and enhance these algorithms to optimize performance. Qualifications - 2-8 years of trading experience, preferably in cryptocurrency. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python and SQL is appreciated but not required. - Experience trading a diverse range of financial products utilizing advanced trading algorithms. - Excellent oral and written communication skills are necessary for effective internal coordination and client interaction. - Strong attention to detail. - Decent understanding of options and other financial derivatives. - Ability to work diligently and consistently. - Comfort with handling financial risk. • Develop trading system infrastructure in Python and C# as directed. • Work with traders, middle office and other stakeholders to understand the core problems that each of the teams is facing, in both Cefi and Defi environments and design solutions. • Deploy trading system components in to our production environment. • Be responsible for troubleshooting system issues as and when they occur. • Identify opportunities for system improvements. • Engage with the team during system design discussions, code reviews, trading idea brainstorms.

You will oversee the entire process, including problem identification, analysing data, writing software, and providing ongoing support. • Improve and develop systems for automated monitoring of 24/7/365 trading. • Develop C++ and Python applications that leverage internally-developed, normalised interfaces for market data and order execution. • Work with both existing codebases and new ones. • Collaborate closely with others. The business, development, and trading teams regularly work in concert with each other. • Monitor trading, especially of new algorithms, and ensure that our systems are performing as desired from a technical, risk, and profit perspective. • Use your experience working directly with trading teams to identify and surface opportunities to improve Auros’s technical systems and architecture. • Engage with the team during system design discussions, code reviews, trading idea brainstorms, and general banter.

• Implement and maintain security controls across multi-cloud environments and on-prem infrastructure • Own IAM strategy and implementation • Design and operate key management and custody security controls • Harden CI/CD pipelines and secure the software delivery process • Configure and operate corporate security tooling • Respond to security incidents • Conduct security assessments of infrastructure and applications • Automate security operations • Work with Infrastructure to embed security into cloud provisioning and system configuration
