Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, plus 7+ years of experience in utilities, consulting, or related industries. - A Master’s degree is a plus. - Proven experience leading substation projects from design to commissioning. - Professional Engineer (PE) designation preferred; Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) certification required. - PMP certification, advanced coursework in power systems, and additional training in leadership or project management are highly valued.
