Role Description You'll track, analyse and report on the e-commerce metrics that drive the brand's DTC and marketplace performance. Working with the Head of E-commerce, you'll build weekly trading reports, analyse conversion funnel data, investigate performance drops and surface recommendations for the trading and marketing teams. - Build and maintain weekly trading dashboards covering revenue, conversion and AOV - Analyse the Shopify funnel and identify drop-off points for optimisation - Track Amazon performance – BSR, ACoS, review scores – and flag anomalies - Support pricing and promotional analysis for the trading team - Produce post-campaign analysis reports for marketing initiatives Qualifications - Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting - Familiarity with e-commerce metrics – conversion rate, AOV, LTV, ROAS - Experience with Shopify analytics or Amazon Seller Central reporting - Comfortable working with GA4 for web traffic analysis - Good async written communication Requirements - Nice to have: Experience with Shopify apps or Amazon advertising console - Familiarity with Python or SQL for data manipulation Benefits - $650–$1,000 USD/month, paid monthly - Fully remote – work from anywhere - Flexible hours with some UK overlap - $500/year learning budget - Home office equipment stipend
