Revenue Operations Associate
Automox
• Revenue Process Optimization: Analyze and refine end-to-end sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. • Troubleshooting & Support: Assist in troubleshooting operational issues in the marketing, sales, and customer experiences processes as they arise; propose changes to systems and processes to fix root causes. Enable and support sales & internal teams in their day to day work including but not limited to Automox’s sales motion, CPQ, and sales tech stack. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations processes. • Business Requirements: Partner with internal teams to prioritize their wants, discern business needs, and then translate into technical solutions • Order Operations: Support the business with our CPQ instance and deal desk review - ensure deals are properly structured according to deal desk, and all documentation and data fields are correct within an order and evidence of arrangement before processing. • Data Entry & Audit (SFDC/CPQ): Create and update quotes, maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity records in Salesforce (SFDC), and routinely audit key fields and deal data to ensure completeness, consistency, and reporting accuracy.
Job Requirements
- 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships/academic projects welcomed) in operations, business analysis, analytics, customer support, or a related field
- Exceptional communicator—able to support Sales and act as a bridge between business users and technical partners
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recognize patterns across recurring issues
- Ability to prioritize and execute independently in a fast-paced, high-change environment
- Highly curious and coachable; seeks feedback, learns quickly, and continuously improves how work gets done
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in deal/order review and data accuracy
- Able to build effective relationships across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, Legal, and technical teams
