Senior RevOps Analyst – Enterprise

DocPlanner

• Design workflows and implement operational tools to improve efficiency across teams; • Create and maintain dashboards, perform data analyses, and monitor KPIs to support leadership decisions; • Support commercial teams in daily operations, including CRM processes, troubleshooting, and removing blockers; • Communicate global policies and processes to local teams, ensuring correct implementation and identifying process gaps; • Train and onboard new team members on CRM processes and tools; • Manage sales approval processes, including technical validations and compliance with internal policies; • Prepare and maintain documentation, templates, and proposals; • Lead and participate in local and global projects focused on process improvement, automation, and optimization; • Supervise commission calculations and provide data-driven insights to support business growth.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields;
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems (such as HubSpot and Salesforce), including field configuration, workflows, and basic integrations;
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL for data management and reporting;
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Big Data analysis tools, including creating and managing dashboards (such as Looker and Tableau);
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for advanced analysis and reporting;
  • Experience with process and project management tools (such as Notion and Hive) and creating flowcharts to support operational improvements;
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools and systems, such as DocuSign and Typeform;
  • Ability to turn data into business actions and support operational decisions in a dynamic SaaS environment;
  • Fluent English.
