• Craft and execute innovative strategies to lead the end-to-end design of compensation plans for sellers across all GTM channels. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to act as the "connective thread" between Sales, Finance, HR, Legal and Revenue Operations to align plan designs and quotas. • Lead the governance plan policies, managing true-ups, exceptions, and the terms and conditions of sales contracts. • Provide exceptional support and insights to our clients, ensuring every interaction with Engine exceeds expectations by serving as a strategic consultant to senior GTM and Sales Finance leaders.

Role Description The Pharmaceutical Segment Leader will support the commercial success of our medical businesses with a focus on driving revenue growth in the Pharma market. Key responsibilities include ongoing development and execution of value proposition, marketing and commercialization plans to include operational capabilities within focused segments of PFS (Prefilled Syringes); Drug/API, Pharma Packaging, and Bio-processing.
