Role Description As the Solution Advisor for Acute Clinical Care, you will be a critical subject matter expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the client’s inpatient clinical needs and the capabilities of the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. Your responsibilities will include: - Guiding stakeholders through complex workflow transformations. - Driving the successful design and adoption of core clinical workflows within PowerChart. - Ensuring the new system enhances patient safety, clinical efficiency, and the user experience for providers and nurses. - Leading the design of future-state provider and nursing workflows. - Facilitating the lifecycle of change requests and incident tickets. - Providing strategic recommendations on solution optimization and risk mitigation. - Assisting with security role mapping and defining interface requirements, particularly for medical device integration (CareAware). - Collaborating closely with key stakeholders—including physicians, nurses, clinical informaticists, and unit managers—to capture detailed requirements and document design decisions.
