Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in an engineering leadership role, including leading remote teams. - Strong technical foundation in modern software engineering practices, with the ability to guide architectural and design decisions. - Demonstrated success in building high performing, engaged, and motivated teams that deliver results. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders on roadmaps, including product features and engineering improvements. - Experience working in consumer-facing or customer-experience-focused industries (cinema, hospitality, retail, or entertainment a plus). - Passion for storytelling, movies, and creating memorable experiences through technology.

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Streaming Platform team, responsible for evolving and operating the core infrastructure that powers event ingestion, processing, and delivery across Attentive. In this role, you will combine strong technical leadership with people management to drive the next generation of our streaming architecture balancing reliability, scalability, and developer productivity. You’ll work at the intersection of infrastructure, data, and product engineering, partnering closely with teams across the organization to ensure our streaming platform unlocks innovation in personalization, experimentation, and growth. This is a high-impact role for a leader who thrives on scaling distributed systems and building high-performing teams in a fast-moving environment.
