Licensing Compliance Coordinator I
Medline Industries, LP
• Responsible for collecting, preparing, and maintaining license data and documentation • Provide daily support for collecting and maintaining customer and vendor licenses • Assist with preparation of facility regulatory licensing applications • Enter and maintain data in various systems • Collect data, materials, documentation to support regulatory compliance • Review data and documentation to ensure accuracy • Maintain consistent conventions related to data and document retention • Search online databases, websites, and other resources to verify data • Communicate via email and phone with internal and external customers • Document issues and resolutions using Medline’s database
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience entering data into databases
- Customer service experience preferred
- Basic level skill in MS Excel
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

About The Role We're hiring a Head of Compliance to design and own Whop's compliance program across all business lines. You'll own regulatory strategy and operational compliance across our payments platform and marketplace — from AML/KYC to trust & safety and privacy.
