Role Description We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented Partner Marketing Manager to lead co-branded marketing programs across Cadence’s health system partnerships. This is a highly cross-functional, client-facing role focused on helping partners successfully bring Cadence programs to market in a way that reflects their brand, fits their workflows, and drives patient enrollment and engagement. Your customer is the health system marketing and operations team. You will work directly with partner stakeholders to launch and optimize co-branded patient campaigns across channels including email, SMS, print, digital, and in-office materials. Just as importantly, you will build the templates, playbooks, and insights that make each launch more effective than the last. This role blends strategy, execution, relationship management, and performance optimization. You should be comfortable managing multiple partner workstreams, turning complex program details into clear patient communications, and using data to improve enrollment performance over time. Internally, you will help Cadence standardize best practices and strengthen how marketing supports partner implementation and overall company growth. What You’ll Do - Own partner-specific co-branded marketing programs from intake through launch and optimization, ensuring campaigns and materials are accurate, on brand, on time, and aligned to each health system’s needs. - Serve as the primary day-to-day marketing point of contact for health system partners, building trusted relationships across marketing, operations, clinical, and implementation teams. - Develop patient-facing messaging, content, and campaign plans across channels such as email, SMS, print, digital, and in-office materials, translating complex program details into clear and compelling communications that drive enrollment. - Stay close to conversion metrics and campaign performance, identify what is driving or suppressing enrollment, and recommend which levers to pull next across messaging, channel mix, audience, timing, and partner-specific context. - Create tailored reports, readouts, and performance narratives for both internal stakeholders and partner teams, helping health systems understand results and build confidence in the program. - Build and refine the playbooks, templates, and reporting frameworks that help Cadence scale partner marketing more efficiently across health systems. - Partner closely with internal teams to unblock execution, capture learnings, and improve how marketing supports launches, expansions, and ongoing enrollment growth. Qualifications - 5–8 years of experience in partner marketing, client services, growth marketing, or campaign management, ideally in healthcare, digital health, health tech, or another complex regulated environment. - Experience managing external stakeholders directly and building productive working relationships with client or partner teams. - Strong experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, especially programs that require coordination across multiple stakeholders, approvals, and timelines. - Excellent writing and messaging skills, with the ability to turn complex healthcare or operational concepts into clear, patient-friendly communications. - Strong project management skills and a high attention to detail; able to manage multiple launches and deadlines simultaneously without losing precision. - Analytical fluency and comfort working with campaign and enrollment data to measure performance, spot trends, and tell a clear story about results. - Experience creating repeatable processes, templates, and frameworks that improve team efficiency and quality over time. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive progress across teams without formal authority. - Comfort operating in ambiguity, solving problems independently, and building structure in a fast-moving environment. - A strong preference for candidates with experience working with health systems, provider organizations, Medicare populations, or patient engagement programs. What Success Looks Like - Partners feel confident, supported, and well guided through the marketing process. - Co-branded materials launch quickly and accurately, with less custom rework over time. - Patient-facing campaigns are clear, effective, and increasingly optimized based on performance insights. - Internal teams have stronger infrastructure, templates, and reporting tools to support launches at scale. - Cadence can more clearly demonstrate the impact of marketing on patient enrollment and partner success. Benefits - Autonomy to tackle big, complex problems that matter. - An opportunity to improve lives every single day. - A chance to shape a category‑defining company at scale. - Medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Competitive total compensation and meaningful equity. - TelaDoc (virtual primary care). - National and local discounts powered by TriNet. - Unlimited PTO and paid holidays. - Remote equipment setup and home office stipend. - Paid Parental Leave. - 401K and 401K match. - Charitable Donation Match program. Location Remote Noteworthy Our job titles may span more than one career level. The base pay for this role typically ranges between $115,000 – $180,000 annual base salary. The actual base pay is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, skills, training, and business needs. Compensation may vary based on market location and is subject to change.
