Partner Integrations Manager
Hostaway
• Support the end-to-end partner integration lifecycle (onboarding → certification → go-live → ongoing support) • Guide partners in building and maintaining integrations using Hostaway APIs and best practices • Enable and support partner-built integrations by providing technical guidance and best practices, without directly building integrations • Provide ongoing technical support across the partner lifecycle, including API behavior, data flows, and integration best practices • Support broader technical and API initiatives, including new feature rollouts, enhancements, and partner adoption • Communicate API updates, changes, and changelog activities clearly to partners, ensuring awareness and proper implementation • Validate integrations as part of certification and go-live readiness • Monitor integration health and proactively identify risks or issues • Ensure partners meet Hostaway technical and certification standards • Troubleshoot API-related issues (authentication, webhooks, data sync, rate limits) • Support 200+ partners with technical queries via Slack and Emails • Build and improve integration support processes and documentation
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in technical support, integrations, or API-based roles
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and data flows
- Excellent written English (partner-facing communication)
- Experience working in a remote, async SaaS environment
- Able to work with EST overlap and flexibility across time zones as needed
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical issues and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with collaboration and support tools such as Slack and Zendesk
- Nice-to-Haves: Experience supporting partner-built integrations or developer ecosystems
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, ClickUp, or Asana
- Experience with API tools (Postman, logs, debugging tools)
- Exposure to CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) for partner tracking
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product or Engineering teams

• Partner with the Prime Sales team to understand customer warehouse layouts, throughput requirements, integration complexity (WMS, ERP, MES), and geographic deployment constraints. • Define implementation strategies for AMR, AS/RS, and software deployments—factoring in site infrastructure, racking configurations, and network readiness. • Develop high-level project timelines and resource estimates to support proposals and SOW development. • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Finance to validate effort estimates, hardware lead times, and service delivery costs. • Lead the Sales-to-Delivery handover process, ensuring all contractual commitments, scope boundaries, and customer expectations are clearly documented and understood. • Analyze contracts to define scope, key deliverables, acceptance criteria, and major milestones aligned to Prime's delivery methodology. • Establish the project charter, RACI, communication protocols, and cadenced governance structure (weekly status calls, steering committees, etc.). • Conduct gap analysis with customer and Prime cross-functional teams (Hardware Engineering, Software, Supply Chain, Field Services) to surface risks early. • Define measurable success criteria, go-live KPIs, throughput targets, system uptime SLAs, and establish baselines for performance tracking. • Monitor progress against timelines, budget, and milestone commitments; proactively surface risks and drive resolution before they impact go-live. • Maintain clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders—customer leadership, Prime HQ (Denver), field teams, and third-party integrators.
