• Designs innovative software products and major enhancements while solving complex integration challenges across multiple platforms and conducting strategic feasibility analyses. • Leads ECWM's architectural design and development, ensuring scalability and maintainability for DoD contracting operations while mastering low-code/no-code platforms (particularly Appian) and cloud-native architectures that meet Government security and compliance requirements.

• Establish Anaplan as the single source of truth for headcount across FP&A, Workforce Planning, and operations teams. • Enable scalable, repeatable headcount planning, forecasting, and in-year management processes. • Define and champion reusable Anaplan standards (model design patterns, list structures, naming conventions, UX patterns) that can be applied across HubSpot’s Anaplan landscape to drive consistency and scale. • Consolidate and streamline Anaplan data hubs and planning processes so HubSpot’s Anaplan environment operates as a unified, connected planning platform rather than a set of isolated models. • Own the end-to-end architecture, design and ongoing optimization of the central Anaplan headcount model and related workforce planning use cases (annual planning, in-year forecasting, hiring plans, position management, and outlook reporting), using best-practice Anaplan design principles to keep the live model scalable, performant, and easy to use. • Establish and maintain a single system of truth for headcount by centralizing headcount and position data in Anaplan and connecting it to downstream planning and reporting models (FP&A, Sales Ops, Customer Success, Talent Acquisition Management, etc). • Design, build and manage integrations between Anaplan and core systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, NetSuite, existing Anaplan models, and other data sources, partnering with Finance Transformation, Anaplan model builders, and tech teams to ensure robust, well-documented data flows. • Partner with Strategic Workforce Planning, FP&A, and People teams to understand end-to-end headcount processes (plan-to-hire), define ideal-state workflows, and translate business requirements into intuitive Anaplan UX pages, modules, and processes. • Implement strong data quality, control, and reconciliation practices for headcount and cost data flowing through Anaplan, in partnership with data and integration owners (e.g., ensuring clear ownership, validation checks, and error-handling SLAs across data pipelines). • Define and contribute to Anaplan-wide standards, including model design patterns, list structures, naming conventions, performance tuning, access/security configuration, and documentation; coach more junior model builders and functional partners on best practices. • Participate in roadmap buildout for company-wide goals and model-specific enhancements. • Identify opportunities beyond headcount to expand connected planning capabilities proactively assessing adjacent planning domains (e.g., NNARR planning, capacity planning, productivity, scenario modeling, or other cross-functional use cases).

• Build strong working relationships with AWS Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Partner Solutions Architects (PSAs), and AWS Account Managers • Support joint account planning and opportunity alignment through AWS ACE pipeline manager • Help drive co-sell motions aligned to AWS field priorities • Participate in client meetings alongside sales teams to represent AWS-aligned solution capabilities • Track AWS-sourced and influenced pipeline contribution • Educate internal sales teams on AWS co-sell processes, ACE registration, and partner engagement best practices • Support development of AWS-focused “better together” messaging and sales collateral • Help align sellers to AWS funding programs (MAP, POC funding, migration incentives, etc.) • Provide guidance on AWS Marketplace and private offer motions where applicable • Partner with delivery and architecture teams to align offerings with AWS reference architectures and partner competencies • Support development of AWS-aligned accelerators and repeatable solutions • Help maintain AWS competencies, partner status, and certifications • Monitor AWS announcements and roadmap updates to identify growth opportunities • Assist in preparation for AWS QBRs, partner reviews, and GTM planning sessions • Represent the company at AWS Summits, partner events, and workshops as needed • Serve as a liaison between internal sales, technical teams, and AWS field teams to reduce friction in deal cycles

• Provides consulting / advice across a range of medium- to large-size clients • Identifies and qualifies consulting opportunities in collaboration with Sales & Sales Excellence • Leverages personal relationships with client senior leaders / executives to drive consulting propositions and sales opportunities • Leads or executes the investigation of complex business challenges • Collaborates with Consultancy colleagues, Sales & Sales Excellence, Engineering / Product Development and other internal stakeholders to define and develop client-focused business cases for change • Works with internal teams to ensure clients have access to the product expertise and resources they need • Handles issues escalated from Consultancy colleagues
