Role Description We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a pivotal role that focuses on managing various projects within our roofing services company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring that all objectives are met within the established timelines and budgets. - Plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. - Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to define project scopes and objectives. - Manage project resources, including personnel and materials, to optimise efficiency. - Monitor and report on project progress, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success. - Facilitate communication among stakeholders and provide regular updates on project status. Qualifications - Proven experience in project management, preferably within the construction or roofing industry. - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in project management software and tools. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Requirements - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. - Experience with budget management and financial analysis. - Knowledge of roofing materials and techniques.
