Qualifications - Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - 5+ years of experience supporting and pricing federal contracts under a variety of contract types, including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Labor-Hour (LH), and cost-reimbursable arrangements. - 5+ years of experience pricing labor-based federal contracts with an understanding of Service Contract Act (SCA) / Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) requirements, including wage determinations and fringe benefit application. - Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and cost principles applicable to federal proposals. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven proposal environment. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel-based modeling skills. Nice to have - Experience supporting proposals for civilian and/or DoD agencies. - Familiarity with compliant cost volume development and audit support. - Experience working in cross-functional proposal teams. - Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry with an emphasis on contact center and technical support desks. - Understanding of indirect rate structures and cost allocation methodologies. Physical Demands The general nature of this position operates in a professional office environment. The environment has standard office lighting, temperature, and noise levels. The role involves prolonged periods working on a computer and engaging in virtual or in-person meetings.
