A Brief Overview The Network Infrastructure Engineer provides support to enterprise-level networks as apart of IT Network Infrastructure and Data Center Support. This position focuses on Local Area Networks (LAN). Their responsibilities include the configuration, monitoring, and support of Peckham's enterprise network infrastructure. Additionally, this role is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise such as support tickets and manage incidents, service requests, and problems through their full life cycle. What you will do - Collaborate with the IT Network Infrastructure and Data Center Support teams to implement and support secure network, wireless, and data/voice communication systems within the Peckham organization. - Apply knowledge of enterprise-level wired and wireless networking. - Stay informed about current network technologies and hardware platforms and actively engage in learning about emerging technologies and trends in the IT field. - Adhere to Peckham's change management and documentation processes. - Update and maintain policies and procedures for the Peckham Information Technology Department to ensure clarity and compliance. - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. Support tickets and manage incidents, service requests, and problems through their full life cycle. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess network requirements and develop solutions that enhance connectivity and efficiency. - Document network configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance with best practices. - Perform routine audits of systems and software - Participate in after-hours support and project work along with on-call rotations as necessary and assigned. - Participate in, and support, Peckham Information Technology Department projects and initiatives with fellow Information Technology staff. What you will Need - Bachelors in Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, industry certifications, and experience - 3 - 5 years experience in an Information Technology field - 1 - 3 years of progressive experience with enterprise local area networking technologies. - 1 - 3 years hands-on experience with Cisco network routers, routing/switching protocols, network switch, and Cisco wireless technologies - Possess an understanding and hands-on experience with physical network routers (routing protocols) and network switch technologies - Analytical and troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively - Proficient in using network monitoring and management tools to ensure optimal performance and security - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in network configurations and documentation - Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, including nights and weekends Nice to have - 1 - 3 years of years programing experience (Python + YANG/JSON/YAML) - Cisco CCNA At Peckham, you'll join a mission-driven organization committed to supporting growth and creating lasting impact. Title: Information Security Operations Analyst Location: Lansing, MI Job Description: SUMMARY The Information Security Operations Analyst supports the mission of the Information Security Team to protect the confidentiality of Peckham’s proprietary, customer, and employee information while defending technology systems against cyber threats to ensure the continuity of Peckham’s business operations. The Security Operations Analyst plays an important role in monitoring for and responding to cyber threats by reviewing security information and event monitoring tools during their daily shift and after-hours in responding to high-priority threats escalated to the Information Security Team by Peckham’s managed threat detection and response partners. The Security Operations Analyst role is a hybrid of work-from-home (about 75%) and work from the Peckham Headquarters in Lansing Michigan (about 25%). MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - On a constant, daily basis throughout their scheduled shift, review Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel tools for potential cyber threats like malware infections, phishing attempts, and unauthorized access. - Document suspected threats within incident handling logs, triage the threat, report the threat to the Senior Security Operations Analyst or the Director of Information Security, and investigate the threat as directed. - On nights and weekends, respond to high priority threats escalated to the Information Security Team by Peckham’s managed threat detection and response partner, Critical Start. These incidents average 1-2 per week. - As guided by the Director of Information Security, assist the Senior Security Operations Analyst with using Tenable and other tools to identify new software and hardware vulnerabilities affecting Peckham’s information systems, prioritize the vulnerabilities, and report them to the appropriate remediation team(s). - Track remediation progress and report status to the Director of Information Security. - As needed, assist the Senior Security Operations Analyst with open incident investigations and response actions. - In the absence of the Senior Security Operations Analyst, assume primary responsibility for cyber threat detection and response activities. - As requested by and under the guidance of the Director of Information Security, the Security Operations Analyst will perform various tasks associated with the implementation of information security-related projects. - Continuously gather threat intelligence via multiple sources like email lists and social media to stay aware of threats and risks to Peckham. - Utilizing training opportunities provided by Peckham, commit to continuous improvement of cybersecurity skills through training and certification. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - This position does not have direct supervisory responsibility. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - 1-2 years of experience working in a security operations center or similar environment triaging cybersecurity incidents. - Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate certification, the CompTIA CySA+, the GIAC SOC, or an equivalent certification or experience. - Ability to understand and practice the CIA Triad of Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability in all aspects of their job duties. - Ability to install software and maintain and secure their own computing devices and tools. - familiar with the Microsoft Windows family of operating systems and at least one Linux or Unix distribution (Ubuntu, Kali, macOS, etc.). - Experience with capturing and analyzing network packets. - Strong understanding of modern networking and the Open Systems Interconnect model and 5-tuple. - Must possess strong documentation skills for the purposes of forensic analysis. - Ability to work under pressure and quickly handle multiple security incidents simultaneously. - Must be detail oriented and thorough. - Ability to compartmentalize sensitive information and employ the philosophy of need-to-know in all communications and disclosures. - Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision within their assigned job duties without affecting quality, thoroughness, or timeliness. - Must be flexible and adapt to changing conditions and multiple priorities on a regular basis. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with Microsoft security solutions like Defender XDR, Sentinel, and Intune are preferred. - Experience with Tenable One Exposure Management Platform or Nessus Vulnerability Scanner is a plus. - Experience with securing cloud environments like Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services is a plus. Role Description The Pricing Analyst role supports Contact Center Operations by developing competitive, compliant pricing for U.S. Government contract proposals. This position plays a key role in the proposal lifecycle by building detailed cost models, analyzing labor and operational cost data, and ensuring alignment with federal regulations. Working closely with the Finance team and operational stakeholders, the Pricing Analyst helps translate Contact Center Operations staffing models, labor categories, and cost drivers into accurate and defensible proposal pricing. Success in this role requires experience navigating the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and a strong ability to collaborate across teams to support compliant, high-quality government proposals. What you will do - Support the development of pricing strategies for federal contract proposals, ensuring alignment with Peckham’s business objectives and customer requirements. - Build and maintain detailed cost models to support competitive pricing while meeting regulatory and internal policy requirements. - Analyze staffing plans, labor categories, compensation data, indirect rates, and other cost inputs to support proposal pricing. - Conduct profitability and sensitivity analyses to support pricing recommendations and management decisions. - Collaborate closely with proposal managers, contracts, finance, HR, and program teams to gather accurate and timely pricing inputs. - Support proposal timelines by delivering pricing artifacts in accordance with internal milestones. - Ensure all pricing activities and submissions comply with applicable federal regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific guidance. - Maintain adherence to Peckham’s internal pricing policies and audit requirements. - Research and analyze market conditions, labor rates, industry benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to support pricing assumptions. - Document data sources and rationale used in pricing models and narratives. - Develop clear, compliant price narratives and supporting documentation for inclusion in proposal submissions as part of a cross-functional proposal team. - Conduct detailed margin analysis for each contract, identifying cost drivers, profitability trends, and opportunities for improvement. - Prepare financial forecasts, scenario analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations to support leadership decisions. - Monitor actual performance against budget and pricing assumptions, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions. - Track invoice status, follow up on outstanding payments, and support revenue recognition processes. - Ensure all invoicing aligns with funding requirements, contract modifications, and reporting obligations. - Monitor changes in funding levels, contract amendments, and regulatory requirements that impact financial planning. Qualifications - Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. - 5+ years of experience supporting and pricing federal contracts under a variety of contract types, including Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Time-and-Materials (T&M), Labor-Hour (LH), and cost-reimbursable arrangements. - 5+ years of experience pricing labor-based federal contracts with an understanding of Service Contract Act (SCA) / Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) requirements, including wage determinations and fringe benefit application. - Working knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and cost principles applicable to federal proposals. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven proposal environment. - Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel-based modeling skills. Nice to have - Experience supporting proposals for civilian and/or DoD agencies. - Familiarity with compliant cost volume development and audit support. - Experience working in cross-functional proposal teams. - Experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry with an emphasis on contact center and technical support desks. - Understanding of indirect rate structures and cost allocation methodologies.
