Job Description
Trade Support Specialist
Mercer Advisors
• Reconciliation of trading affirmation/confirmation platforms • Research/resolve settlement breaks • Trade error management between internal and external trading desks • Monitor trade queues and various bond product ratings • Ensure compliance of regulatory rules with a focus on process improvement and efficiency • Work closely with our external trading platform support team and account operations team • New Product Onboarding • System Implementation • Proxy voting management • Monitoring best execution reports across all custodians • Research and resolution of all client and desk related ad-hoc queries • Execute trades to back up trading desk
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Preferably Business, Economics, Accounting or Finance related
- At least 2 years of experience in a professional investment management environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to prioritize, multi-task and troubleshoot
- Experience with Orion, Bloomberg, Salesforce and Microsoft Excel a plus

Role Description Como especialista en Integración y Soporte trabajarás en colaboración con los Consultores de Negocio y los equipos informáticos de los clientes para proporcionar la arquitectura del sistema y asesorar sobre la estrategia de despliegue. El objetivo es garantizar que las integraciones se lleven a cabo de manera puntual, exitosa, escalable y segura, cumpliendo con las mejores prácticas. Qualifications - Experiencia en ETL y procesos de integración de datos. - Experiencia trabajando con SQL. - Se requiere conocimientos de Java, Python, APIs y Power BI. - Se valoran conocimientos de Claude, n8n y desarrollo de aplicaciones web. - Idiomas: dominio bilingüe de español y portugués.
