In 2026, WLEH will implement two interlinked programs: AMPLIF-EYE, a mentorship and leadership Training-of-Trainers (ToT) program, and the WLEH Fellowship and Innovations Fund, which provides targeted financial support to women in eye health pursuing advanced training and high-impact innovations. Together, these programs are designed to function as a pipeline: AMPLIF-EYE serves as an incubator for leadership, mentorship, and innovation-aligned ideas, while the Fellowship and Innovations Fund acts as an accelerator to support implementation, learning, and scale. The Leadership and Innovation Advisor plays a central role in ensuring coherence between the two.
