What you’ll do: - Drive forward Pluralsight’s Client Engagement Model to ensure customer and Pluralsight’s mutual success. - Take full accountability for your accounts in all aspects from onboarding to renewal. - Anticipate customer needs and proactively mitigate risk throughout the customer life cycle, ensuring a streamlined renewal and negotiation process, and ultimately positioning your accounts for growth - Navigate, interpret, and use provided tools and systems to measure and report on customer experience, customer health, product utilization, and consumed content, and realization of value drivers. - Take corrective actions in a timely manner based on these insights to make strategic recommendations helping customers be more successful. - Inspire change within customers to drive adoption of standard methodologies and successful implementations - Predict and forecast risk, renewal and expansion within customer portfolio Experience you’ll bring: - Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.com preferred - An understanding of the software engineering development life cycle and workflows - Technical knowledge on development and IT solutions. Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and derive solutions. Requirements: - Requires a minimum of 5 years of related or equivalent experience; or 3+ years with an advanced degree. - Experience in progressive customer success or similar field (sales, pro services, consulting, technical enablement) - Experience supporting global enterprise customers on both SaaS and On-Premises solutions - Experience building relationships with CTO, CIO, VP of Engineering and other senior technology leaders internally and customer facing, and the ability to network across internal pillars/departments - Ability to travel 25-50% - This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. Role Description As the Technical Customer Success Manager (TCSM) at Carbon Robotics, you are responsible for ensuring customer success via successful implementation and maintenance of Carbon Robotics Equipment. This includes: - Training operators, equipment supervisors, or farm managers. - Making usage recommendations based on agronomic knowledge. - Implementing setup and conducting preventative maintenance and repairs. - Establishing a trustworthy relationship to ensure continued customer satisfaction post-delivery. - Acting as a liaison to engineering and product departments by communicating customer wishes, complaints, equipment performance, and pain points. Duties & Responsibilities: - Deliver efficient field support to customers using Carbon Robotics equipment. - Verify machines are operating at peak efficiency through proper calibration and regular preventive maintenance. - Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts by training operators and farm personnel. - Log, document, and communicate customer experiences and pain points to engineering and product teams. - Quickly respond to customer concerns and identify issues in collaboration with other departments. - Willingness to travel to customer locations greater than 50% of the time in peak seasons. - Oversee and manage service tickets for service territory. - Exercise safe working practices and procedures at all times. - Participate in the rotation of weekend on-call duties and after-hours phone support. - Demonstrate work cleanliness. - Maintain all company property in good working condition. - Build strong cross-functional relationships with customers and teams within Carbon Robotics. - Attend in-person or virtual FRE related meetings to stay current with the Carbon Robotics Ops team agendas. - Support demonstration and implementation activities. - Collect and upload data to assist with model labeling. - Attend online or in-person refresher training classes for continuous improvement. - Learn and teach every facet of equipment usage, from transportation to field operation. - Carry out tasks assigned by the supervisor that are related to duties.
