• Design and own frontend architecture in React and TypeScript, from shared foundations to production • Make architecture decisions independently, with a focus on scalability, maintainability, performance, and reliability • Build and evolve shared component systems, design systems, and frontend platform foundations across the codebase • Define scalable frontend patterns that improve consistency, development velocity, and long-term maintainability • Own frontend quality standards across architecture, code structure, testing, and developer experience • Define technical direction, not just implementation details • Set and enforce quality standards across both AI-generated and manually written code • Translate ambiguous product needs into clear technical solutions • Contribute to frontend system design, performance strategy, testing strategy, and developer productivity • Operate in an AI-first workflow without compromising engineering standards

• Responsible for day-to-day administration and support of Jira instance, including integrations and automations. • Lead initiatives to implement new business logic and workflows at the enterprise level. • Contribute to knowledge base, Confluence, and develop integrations with other operational systems and tools. • Identify, analyze, and deliver solutions to complex business challenges. • Strong interest in AI tooling and administering best practices for company-wide AI tools.
