Senior ResWare Administrator
Newrez LLC
• Serve as the primary ResWare platform owner. • Administer and maintain the ResWare platform at an advanced level. • Configure and manage file types, products, milestones, automation rules, and task management. • Lead system design reviews and establish configuration standards. • Architect, implement, and manage complex integrations with third-party vendors. • Own the vendor relationship for Qualia/ResWare support. • Proactively monitor integration health and develop contingency plans. • Lead process improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing automation solutions. • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across the platform. • Mentor and guide junior ResWare administrators; develop advanced user training programs.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of hands-on ResWare administration experience required; 2+ years in a senior or lead capacity strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in title, escrow, and/or mortgage lender services operations.
- Advanced experience designing and configuring complex workflows, business rules, and system automation within ResWare.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to architect and maintain ResWare integrations with vendors, underwriters, lenders, and accounting systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements in mortgage lending and settlement services.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
