• Active B2B customer acquisition • Telephone outreach to potential customers to clarify needs in the Digital HR space • Contacting prospects via additional channels such as LinkedIn and email • Lead qualification and scheduling of initial meetings • Documenting contacts, conversations, and outcomes in Zoho CRM • Optional: Joint attendance at industry events and trade shows • Continuous optimization of outreach based on feedback and market responses • Close cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Data Management, Delivery teams, and external partners
Job Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, and customer acquisition; preferably in Human Resources or tech sales
- Enjoy engaging in active communication and direct customer contact
- Excellent German and English skills
- Clear, structured, and professional conversational approach
- Enjoyment of telephone exchanges with companies and an open, personable communication style
- Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style
