• Build strong candidate pipelines through recruitment marketing, advertising, passive sourcing, and outreach. • Monitor application flow daily, addressing gaps to meet regional hiring targets. • Manage requisitions and candidate records in iCIMS; leverage platforms such as Handshake, LinkedIn, and community networks. • Develop and maintain partnerships with schools, workforce centers, and nonprofits to strengthen referral pipelines. • Represent Ampact through online engagement, events, and community presentations to promote AmeriCorps opportunities. • Manage the full candidate journey from application to offer, ensuring professional and timely communication. • Screen applicants for AmeriCorps eligibility and program fit; coordinate interviews and ensure protocols are followed. • Maintain accurate documentation of interviews, scores, and decisions. • Extend offers, finalize placements with program staff, and support smooth transitions to onboarding with Talent Operations. • Act as a trusted advisor to regional teams, aligning recruitment strategies with hiring goals and award timelines. • Collaborate with program staff, marketing, and TA colleagues to refine campaigns and messaging. • Provide transparent reporting on pipelines, forecasts, and progress to support MSY and budget planning. • Contribute to continuous improvement of national recruitment strategies and systems. • Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 1 year of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment or a similar field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to use recruitment platforms and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate pipeline health and adjust sourcing tactics as needed.
- Experience building relationships with community-based organizations and educational institutions.
- Effective screening and interviewing skills for entry-level roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently and deliver results.
- Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
- Commitment to non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Experience working in partnership with communities of color and Indigenous communities.
