Role Description The Responsabile Commerciale - Italia is responsible for driving profitable growth and market development across Italy and adjacent European markets. This role combines hands‑on new business development with strategic account management, market planning, and senior‑level stakeholder engagement. Reporting to the Sales Director, UK & Europe, the Regional Sales Manager, this role owns all commercial activity in the region, secures new customers, develops long‑term partnerships, and collaborates cross‑functionally to deliver value‑driven supply‑chain solutions. Duties and Responsibilities - Manage new business acquisitions while maintaining a strong pipeline. - Responsible for setting strategy, increasing revenue, and growing markets. - Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions with brewers. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, with full responsibility for forecasting, reporting, receivables, and contract adjustments. - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and mid‑level customer stakeholders. - Monitor pipeline, forecasts, and key performance metrics, communicating progress and risks timely. - Prepare proposals, internal analyses, and recommendations for growth opportunities. - Provide regular business updates to leadership on performance, market insights, and key accounts. - Represent Kegstar at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Working Conditions / Travel Requirements - This is a remote role requiring a professional home office, regular computer-based work, and frequent travel throughout Europe for customer, distributor, and company meetings. - Approximately 50% travel to brewers, distributors, industry events and Company’s Milton Kenes, UK offices. • Ensuring that every order placed by the Trafilea purchasing team meets Quality Standards set forth. • Schedule timing with each factory to ensure QC is checked while maintaining the ex-factory completion date. • Promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. • Rate all factories to ensure they meet Trafilea standards. • Responsible for on-time testing & publishing all testing reports for all team members. • Publish & Maintain all QC dates on the WIP report. • Increase the Standard - Enforce that the factory is using a Quality inspection report and the Trafilea defect standards. • Ensure that the factory has all approved standards to follow, including PPS, color, packaging, trims, & labeling. • Report to HQ within 24 hours of all failed testing reports and inspections. • Organize & upload all QC reports and maintain a summary chart daily. • Attend meetings & complete reporting tasks. • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality assurance and quality control processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality.
