Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in High Value Customer Analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of managing high-performing teams and developing talent
- Deep understanding of trading principles, risk management frameworks, and sports betting market dynamics
- Advanced analytical skills with expertise in customer behaviour analysis and data-driven strategy development
- Strong experience managing high-value accounts with significant business impact
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Demonstrated ability to build and improve operational processes and drive continuous improvement
- Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capabilities, able to own outcomes rather than activities

• Ensuring that every order placed by the Trafilea purchasing team meets Quality Standards set forth. • Schedule timing with each factory to ensure QC is checked while maintaining the ex-factory completion date. • Promote and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. • Rate all factories to ensure they meet Trafilea standards. • Responsible for on-time testing & publishing all testing reports for all team members. • Publish & Maintain all QC dates on the WIP report. • Increase the Standard - Enforce that the factory is using a Quality inspection report and the Trafilea defect standards. • Ensure that the factory has all approved standards to follow, including PPS, color, packaging, trims, & labeling. • Report to HQ within 24 hours of all failed testing reports and inspections. • Organize & upload all QC reports and maintain a summary chart daily. • Attend meetings & complete reporting tasks. • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in quality assurance and quality control processes to achieve higher levels of efficiency and quality.
• Engage members in care coordination/care management process. • Provide complex care management, in compliance with NCQA and any other identified regulatory/required accreditation standards, to assigned members who may have identified needs with behavioral health, physical health, co-occurring, co-morbid or multi-morbid conditions. • Provide education about and linkage to as needed, all available services, natural and community supports, treatment options, diagnostic services, etc. • Ensure the coordination of care with each member’s primary care physician and/or other identified specialist/dental provider. • Conduct In-Reach activities to promote community reintegration.
