• Manage end-to-end execution of PSC onboarding programs, including cohort planning, sequencing, certifications, and cross-functional alignment. • Coordinate learning enablement for new product launches, process changes, and priority initiatives impacting PSC. • Conduct change impact assessments and partner with learning and business leaders to define onboarding, training & communication needs. • Partner with cross-functional team members to create and launch an operational communication framework. • Lead learning communications and engagement, ensuring messages are clear, timely, and aligned across stakeholders. • Coordinate rollout of learning updates (training, job aids, desk drops, reinforcements) to ensure consistent execution across PSC. • Support clear ownership of timelines, deliverables, and handoffs across learning, operations and support teams. • Ensure PSC operational training communication is aligned to strategic Commercial communications, as needed. • Serve as the primary point of coordination for onboarding and learning-related initiatives, reinforcing disciplined program management practices. • Partner with Workforce Management to align onboarding and training plans with capacity and operational constraints. • Collaborate with Quality and Compliance to ensure learning plans and certifications meet documentation and audit expectations. • Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, providing regular updates to PSC L&D leadership. • Manage operational communication framework with cross-functional team members. • Directly manage a small team including goal setting, work prioritization, coaching, and performance feedback. • Support team development by providing clear expectations, ongoing feedback, and opportunities to build program management and communication capabilities. • Foster collaboration and accountability within the team and across cross functional partners.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in program management, onboarding, learning enablement, change management, or related roles.
- Well versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, MS Word, PPT, Excel, etc.)
- Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Experience supporting onboarding or workforce readiness initiatives.
