Requirements - Experience shaping segment or portfolio strategies in biotech, textile, or industrial B2B markets, including go‑to‑market models, value propositions, and pricing frameworks. - Proven track record of building and deploying compelling value propositions and translating strategy into actionable initiatives with measurable commercial impact. - Exposure to sustainability‑focused innovation and customer value creation across complex B2B environments. Benefits - Drive and optimize a profitable global segment within a market recognized, science-based business. - Visibility and exposure to senior stakeholders and strategic customers. - Work in a collaborative, international environment combining science, sustainability, and commercial impact. - Strong emphasis on career development, internal mobility, and career progression across HPC, H&B, and IFF. - Attractive compensation and benefits that support overall well‑being.
