Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of database administration experience across multiple DBMS platforms.
- Strong experience with cloud databases, particularly AWS RDS, and 24/7 high-availability environments.
- Hands-on expertise with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, DynamoDB, or Elastic.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot database issues (performance, integrity, replication, connectivity, security, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of backup, recovery, performance tuning, and overall database health management.
- Experience implementing high availability solutions (clustering, replication).
- Proficiency with enterprise database tools and Unix/Linux environments (scripting is a plus).
- Strong communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).

Role Description The Database Management Lead provides strategic, architectural, and operational leadership for multi-cloud Database Management Services. This role ensures database platforms are secure, scalable, automated, compliant, and resilient, while meeting 24x7 availability and contracted service level commitments.
