• SAP Offshore Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing all offshore resources assigned across multiple projects. • This role ensures smooth delivery of project tasks, adherence to timelines, and efficient coordination with onshore Delivery Managers. • Requires strong stakeholder management, planning capability, and hands‑on operational oversight for day‑to‑day delivery, resource availability, and team performance. • Oversee offshore delivery teams across multiple projects, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. • Assign project tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deliverables are completed as per scope. • Coordinate daily/weekly follow-ups on execution status, blockers, risks, and dependencies. • Maintain clear visibility of workload distribution across team members. • Attend project meetings on behalf of offshore teams and represent offshore delivery status. • Coordinate closely with onshore Delivery Managers for planning, reporting, and escalations. • Ensure alignment between offshore teams and project timelines, milestones, and expectations. • Support the onboarding of new offshore resources to assigned projects. • Maintain a real-time view of resource allocation, utilization, and availability. • Track leaves, planned time-off, and unplanned absences; update project managers proactively. • Forecast future capacity needs based on project pipeline and delivery requirements. • Prepare delivery reports, weekly status updates, and dashboards for stakeholders. • Monitor adherence to company processes, delivery standards, and documentation guidelines. • Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans. • Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within offshore teams. • Provide day‑to‑day leadership for offshore teams, ensuring motivation, clarity, and accountability. • Conduct periodic check‑ins, feedback conversations, and performance inputs. • Support capability development by identifying training or upskilling needs.

• 5+ years of SAP CPQ development experience. • Minimum 2 end-to-end CPQ implementations and 1 production support project. • Product design, configuration, and pricing calculation experience. • SAP CPQ configuration, customization, and integrations with Salesforce and ERP. • Migration experience from Quote 1.0 to Quote 2.0. • Customization using responsive templates and CPQ APIs. • Experience in guided selling, discounting, approvals, and contract lifecycle management. • Knowledge of subscription, tiered, and usage-based pricing. • Multi-region/global CPQ rollout experience. • Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and stakeholder management.

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP FI/CO solution design and configuration, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and CO‑PA . • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate accounting and controlling requirements into SAP design artifacts and system configuration. • Design and support cross‑module integrations with MM, SD, PS, PP, and PM, ensuring accurate financial postings and reconciliation. • Provide functional leadership for Project Systems (PS) settlement, budgeting, and integration to FI, CO, and Assets under Construction (AuC). • Configure and support Asset Accounting , including capitalization, depreciation, transfers, retirements, and reconciliation to GL. • Support month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, including accruals, allocations, settlements, revaluations, and financial validations. • Participate in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and hypercare support. • Produce functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and user training materials. • Advise on best practices, internal controls, and continuous improvement opportunities within SAP Finance.
