Role Description We are looking for a highly motivated, articulate, and target-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you do not have to close deals or hunt for leads. We will provide you with a daily list of high-quality leads consisting of CEOs, CMOs, and Marketing Heads of large enterprises. Your primary focus will be to confidently cold-call these decision-makers, introduce them to our influencer marketing software, and schedule product demonstrations. Key Responsibilities: - Outbound Calling: Actively call a provided database of top-tier B2B leads (CEOs, Founders, and Marketing Directors). - Pitching: Clearly and persuasively explain the value proposition of our influencer analytics software and how it can optimize their marketing ROI. - Scheduling Demos: Successfully schedule 15 to 20 qualified product demos per day for our senior technical/closing team. - Pipeline Management: Log all call details, prospect feedback, and scheduled demos accurately in our Excel. - Follow-ups: Ensure prospects receive calendar invites and reminder emails/calls so they attend the scheduled demos. - Brand Representation: Act as a professional and energetic first point of contact for Virtueaze and our partner brand. Qualifications - Min 2 Years of experience in Outbound Sales, Tele-calling, Inside Sales, or B2B SaaS lead generation. - Flawless communication skills in English, with the confidence to speak directly to C-level executives. - A basic understanding of digital marketing, social media algorithms, and the influencer ecosystem will be a massive advantage. - Highly motivated to meet and exceed the daily quota of 15-20 scheduled demos. - Must be based in Ahmedabad with a quiet workspace, a functional laptop, a smartphone, and a high-speed internet connection. Requirements - Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹25,000 per month. - Work-Life Balance: 100% remote work structure (Work from Home). - Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. - Incentives: Dependent upon your Performance.

Job Description Role Profile - Responsible for achieving coverage and frequency targets, and consistently achieving sales targets in assigned territory. - Contributes to regional training, developing the key skills of other team members. - With guidance, initiates systems to monitor sales progress and action plans.
