In this role, you will provide dedicated support for our restaurant platform, assisting Norwegian-speaking clients to ensure smooth and efficient use of our services. As a Helpdesk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for Norwegian restaurant partners and users, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance to enhance their experience with the platform.
